Shipping and Service Commitment

Our goal is to evaluate, confirm and process each order as quickly as possible so that orders can be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday are usually processed and shipped the same day unless additional information is required from the customer.  Additional communication between the patient and doctor or pharmacist regarding your health and medical follow-up could delay processing of your order.  Also, if there is missing or incorrect information, an incorrect address or other issues beyond our control, this could extend the time needed to process and ship an order.  Same-day service is our goal, however, it is not a guarantee.

Shipping Options

Most shipments will be delivered by FedEx or USPS.  Any orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service (typically 3-5 day delivery in the U.S.).

At the time of your order, you may select overnight (express) shipping, 2-Day or Priority Mail Shipping (typically 3-5 days or less).  Overnight Express (Next Day) shipping is calculated from the time the order is picked up from the carrier, not from the time the order is placed with us.  Please remember that carriers consider Sundays and holidays as non-business days and will not have pick-ups or deliveries on those days.  Also, keep in mind that Priority Mail shipping is not a guaranteed service and we have no control over how they route the package or exactly when it will be delivered.  If you opt to have it delivered to a business address and the business address is closed on the weekends, please be aware that this may delay your package if they attempt delivery on a Saturday. FedEx 2nd Day Delivery is typically guaranteed arrival at a business address by 4:30 p.m. and to a residential address by 8:00 p.m. The date the package is shipped is not counted as one of the days so an order shipped on Thursday with 2nd Day Delivery selected will be delivered on Monday.  Please keep these delivery times in mind when selecting the method that best suits your needs.

Is a Signature required for the delivery of my package?

Yes.  All packaged medication requires an adult signature so an adult must be available to sign for the delivery.

Can I pick up my package at a FedEx shipping location?

Yes.  If you or another adult is unable to sign for the package when it arrives at your home or business, you may opt to have FedEx ship the package to one of their FedEx shipping locations where you can pick it up.  Please go to www.FedEx.com to find a location convenient to you and select "Hold-At" facility or FedEx Office location.  FedEx will hold your package for up to 7 days.

Does MyOnlinePharmacy.com ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses?

Yes, we can certainly send your order to a P.O. Box or a military address.  All orders shipped to a P.O. Box or military address will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail service.  It typically takes 3-5 days for your package to arrive for P.O. Boxes and 3-7 business days to arrive at U.S. military address.  There is a selection for this type of service when you checkout.

Is the Packaging Discreet?

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to the contents in the package.

What are my Payment Options?

MyOnlinePharmacy.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We DO NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER - your orders will not be processed if that is the payment method used.

What Charge will show up on my credit card statement?

You may see a charge from any of the following: "Allen Rx", "MyOnlinePharmacy", "MOP" or "ACP" on your credit card statement. 

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

Yes.  You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us.  If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel it.  You may not cancel an order that has already been shipped.

What is the return policy?

Per FDA regulations, once a prescription medication is sent from the pharmacy, it may not be returned.  If you received the wrong medication, please do not take any of it and contact customer service immediately.

How do I track my order?

An order tracking number will be provided for all shipments.  Please go to FedEx or USPS and enter your tracking number to track your shipment.
